Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Himayush Organics, we strive to provide high-quality natural wellness products. Please read our Cancellation & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, all whichever is earlier.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.
- After verification, we will provide a replacement or refund, as applicable.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be approved if:
- The order is cancelled before dispatch.
- The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- The order cannot be fulfilled by Himayush Organics.
Non-Refundable Items
Refunds or returns will not be accepted for:
- Opened or used products.
- Consumable products such as herbal powders, superfoods, and wellness supplements unless received damaged or defective.
- Orders delivered successfully as per the customer's provided address.
- Change-of-mind purchases after delivery.
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days.
- The amount will be credited to the original payment method.
- Bank processing times may vary.

Note: Due to safety, hygiene, and quality reasons, opened packets of Moringa Powder, Ashwagandha Powder, Wheatgrass Powder, Spirulina Powder, Sea Buckthorn products, and other consumable wellness products are not eligible for return unless they are received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
